The EEO/EO Diversity Programs are instrumental assets to the Army and Air National Guard organizational climate.  Most of the staff who work in these programs are volunteers on a collateral duty assignment.  These dedicated individuals are working to effect positive change. 

The Diversity Program entitled, “Cultural Diversity Enhancement Team-CDET” is actively pursuing the Adjutant General State Strategic goals in line with increasing diversity and capitalizing on the differences among us.  CDET is always looking for volunteers to assist us with this mission.

We are seeking individuals or groups who wish to share their unique culture with all of us.  This can be done through pictures, articles, talent or sharing artifacts at our exhibits.  Contact any CDET member or the SEEM for more information.
