UNIFORMS

Here you will see that we have  a very large assortment of uniforms from just about every war ever fought by our armed forces!

The first image in the below is the dress uniform for Vermont's first 4 star General, Wallace M. Green. General Green is a native of Waterbury, VT. He was the commandant of the Marine Corps from January 1964 through December 1967. General Greene was also a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Kennedy.

The slide show will take you through just a small portion of our uniforms from the Revolutionary War through Desert Storm and later! When you stop by the museum we can take you through our displays of the ever changing styles of uniforms and corresponding accessories worn proudly by both the men and women of our armed services.
