Laser Marksmanship Training System
The LMTS supports realistic and comprehensive handgun, rifle and machine gun marksmanship instruction and facilitates that training as needed prior to qualification firing. The LMTS is not intended to replace live fire, but to provide soldiers marksmanship instruction with minimal impact on resources. The LMTS is easy to set up and use and supports training on all Army direct fire small arms including the M9, all variants of the M16 including M16A4, M4 including the M68 Close Combat Optics (CCO), and all machine guns.
