Resource Management Division

Our Mission: To provide accurate and timely payments to the members and the vendors serving the Vermont Army National Guard, while diligently accounting for the public's funds. The Resource Management Division, headed by the Financial Manager (Comptroller) directs and coordinates budget management, finance and accounting services and military & civilian payroll processing. They provide staff coordination, administration and technical guidance for activities relating to financial management advice and assistance as required. The Resource Management Division consists of the Budget Branch, Fiscal Accounting Branch, Entitlements Branch, and Travel Card Agency Program Coordinator.
